Full nonfiction manuscript development, start to finish: interviews, outline, chapter-by-chapter drafting, and editing through final manuscript. You keep full authorship and all rights. Typically 50,000–60,000 words over six months.

Discovery & materials
We agree on the book's audience, argument, and goal. You hand over existing material — talks, posts, courses, notes — and I run a series of recorded interviews to capture the thinking that only lives in your head.
Outline
A detailed chapter-by-chapter outline for your review and approval. This is where structural problems get solved, before a word of the manuscript is written.
First draft
I send roughly ten preview pages first, so we can lock voice and tone early. Then chapters are drafted sequentially, each one delivered for your comments before I start the next.
Editing & final manuscript
A full editorial pass incorporating your notes, a second review round, and a final manuscript ready for your publisher or self-publishing team.

New projects usually start with a 30-minute call to talk through your idea, your timeline, and whether a book is actually the right vehicle for it. There's no charge for that conversation.

What does a project cost?
Book projects and proposals are quoted as a fixed project fee based on scope, length, and timeline, and are invoiced in equal monthly installments across the project. Editing and shorter-form work is quoted per project or billed at $125 per hour.
How does payment work?
Once we've agreed on scope, I send a written services agreement with the fee and schedule spelled out. Work begins when that's signed and the first installment is paid. Each invoice is due within fourteen days, and I accept card and bank transfer.
What if the scope changes partway through?
It happens, and it's usually fine. Extra revision rounds beyond what we agreed, rush timelines, or significant direction changes after you've approved the outline are billed at $125 per hour. I'll always tell you before any additional cost is incurred — you'll never be surprised by an invoice.
Can I cancel if it isn't working out?
Yes. Email me and we'll wind things down in writing. Because I hold dedicated capacity for each book and turn down other work to do it, payments for work already delivered or already invoiced aren't refundable, and remaining installments under the signed agreement stay payable. For my part, I won't walk away from a project mid-stream except over unpaid invoices or a material breach that isn't resolved within ten days of written notice.
What if I'm not happy with a draft?
Tell me and we fix it — that's what the revision rounds are for. The whole process is built to catch this early: you approve the outline before drafting starts, you see preview pages before I write the book, and you review every chapter as it lands. Because this is a months-long writing engagement rather than a product, delivered work isn't refundable, but I'm not finished until the manuscript meets your standard within the scope we agreed on.
I think I've been billed incorrectly. What now?
Email me before contacting your card issuer. I answer billing questions within two business days and will correct any error on my end straight away. Sorting it out directly is faster for both of us than a formal dispute.
Will anyone know you wrote it?
Not unless you want them to. Ghostwriting engagements are confidential, you hold all rights to the finished work, and you're the sole credited author. I only list a project publicly when the client has agreed to it in writing — every book above is there with permission.
In short: fees are fixed and agreed in writing before anything starts, you can cancel at any time by emailing me, completed work is non-refundable, and billing questions get a reply within two business days.
